Marcia Pond

Marcia started at Pond Seed around 2000 and does the accounting for the business. Together with her husband, Fred, they are the 3rd generation owners of Pond Seed Company.

Eddie Burtch

Eddie came to Pond Seed in July 2022, with the merger of Burtch Seed Company and Pond Seed Company. Prior to the merge, Eddie was at Burtch Seed Company for 12 years.

Nick Steyer

Nick has been working at Pond Seed Company for 20 years and has made a great addition to our team.

Nick Wilker

Nick joined the Pond Seed team in 2014 and currently resides in St. Mary’s on his family farm where they raise hogs, cattle and racehorses, along with corn and soybeans.

Ross Schroeder

Ross began his career at Pond Seed Company in August of 2022. He came to us from AgriGold where he was a DSM since 2019. Ross graduated from The Ohio State University in May 2020 with a B.S. in Agricultural Systems Management.
